Our flowering teas really have the wow factor, a feast for your eyes and taste buds. Freshly dried flowers like jasmine, amaranth, carnation, chrysanthemum, lily, peony and marigold are skilfully woven together with green tea leaves into a ball which delicately unfurls when steeped in hot water. Please prepare your flowering tea in glass or other transparent cup or mug so that you can watch the full performance, as it is as much a joy to observe as to drink.

Brewing:
A glass tea cup or teapot is best in order to let a blooming tea develop and unfurl and really appreciate the visual experience.
Put one tea ball into the glass and add water at the correct temperature to 4/5 capacity of the glass
Watch the flowers open and bloom in the water and enjoy your beautiful fragrant tea
You can add honey or sugar according to personal taste but we prefer without.
